Class 1: Beanies | age 7 & under
Jumps not to exceed 30cm
Shooting = Bean Bags
Running = 500m
Class 2: Tadpoles | age 9 & Under 
Jumps not to exceed 45cm
Shooting = 7meter static or bean bags if under 8 on the day
Running = 1000m
Class 3: Minimus Girls | 11 & Under
Jumps not to exceed 60cm
Shooting = 7 meter static
Running = 1000m
Class 4: Minimus Boys | 11 & Under
Jumps not to exceed 60cm
Shooting = 7 meter static
Running = 1000m

Class 5: Junior Girls | 14 & Under
Jumps not to exceed 70cm
Shooting = 7 meter static
Running = 1500m
Class 6: Junior Boys | 14 & Under
Jumps not to exceed 70cm
Shooting = 7 meter static
Running = 1500m

Class 7: Intermediate | 25 & Under
Jumps not to exceed 80cm
Shooting = 10 meter static
Running = 1500m
Class 8: Open | 25 & Under
Jumps not to exceed 90 – 100cm
Shooting = 10 meter static
Running = 1500m

Start time 10am, riding will be the first discipline

Entry fee £30 per person – closing date: Thursday 19th September 2019

Teams to consist of 3 or 4 members of any age (i.e. Girls or boys from any class), with the best
three scores to count. There is no restriction on the number of teams a Branch/Centre may enter,
although if the event is oversubscribed priority will be given to Area 4 members and may be
restricted to one team per Branch/Centre.

Rosettes to 6th place in all classes.
Medals to individuals to 3 rd place.
Classes 3&4, 5&6 and 7&8 may be combined if entries are
low.

 

Notes:-
1) This competition is designed as a fun competition
2) You may choose to jump any lower height. Penalty will be 250 points per class dropped.
3) Anybody under 8 years old on the day of the competition is unable to shoot and will compete in bean bag
throwing.
4) Loaders in the shooting phase must be over 18. All competitors must use flat headed pellets. Any minimus
competitor aged 11 and under may use two hands to hold the gun. In the event of the targets not turning,
static targets will be used.
5) Running will set off individually in 1 minute intervals.
6) Any individual entries will be added to a team where possible.
7) Skull caps and body protectors must be worn for jumping phase.
8) Catering & toilet will be available on site.

Parent Helpers/Volunteers:-
Running Triathlons/Tetrathlons is labour intensive and plenty of help is required if  we want it to run as efficiently as possible.
This can be achieved by spreading the load and having as many helpers as possible.
If you are able to help on the day, please let us know.
