Exciting night at winter league mounted games with it being really close in both competitions.
First up our amazing juniors of Will, Edward, Joe, Florence and Mia who finished an amazing 6th after a three way ride off!
Next was our seniors of Daisy, Lucy, Grace, Florence and Mia (with Mia insisting she wanted to do it even though she had been very sick after juniors) ! This was a very fiercely competitive round with absolutely nothing in it from 2nd to 9th going into the last race! Our team made into another ride off for 4th, 5th and 6th to take the 5th slot.
Fantastic riding all of you! Thank you to all the parents for bringing them all along, thanks to Tom, Kev and Joanne for stewarding duties! Thanks to Fylde for pulling it all together and managing to finish at a very respectable 10:30 with three heats in both competitions that was no mean feat!
I would also like to say how lovely it was looking around and seeing pony club members that are now out of age coaching the next generation. I spotted quite a few and it is great that they are passing on their love of games to the next generation!
