Sat here reflecting on our Wheelton Pony Club Musical Riders performance yesterday at the championships. It has been an absolute privilege to be part of such a super team. I am proud of each and every one of our girls. The past 8 months has required dedication, commitment, time, effort and not forgetting costs!
There is no “I” in team. Yesterday demonstrated this when the girls all shouted up to help one of their team who was having difficulties with her pony mid-ride. Witnessing this element alone was emotional never mind the whole performance. Wheelton Pony Club you should be very very proud. These girls were a credit to the ethos of the club. Thank you to everyone … and especially to these amazing girls and Sarah Veevers for everything, it’s been a pleasure
